BAT TURKEY STEPS INTO THE FUTURE OF LOYALTY PROGRAMS

In 2015 BAT Turkey approached Apex Loyalty with the need to start a loyalty program for their B2B customers. The challenge was to find a platform where they can manage content based on customer segmentation, manage marketing automation and rewards catalogue and use the system as their CRM as well. The partner in this program not only had to deliver secure system but it also had to be cloud based.

With Apex Loyalty built on Salesforce.com platform, it was very easy to deliver their needs to 140,000 B2B retail customers with a successful 86% active usage and engagement.

The increase in customer engagement through Apex Loyalty’s platform also delivered sales volume and market share growth.
