While designing the Honda Riders Club, we structured an inclusive platform that consists of both Honda Motorcycle users, and also all other brand owners to become members. Honda users would enjoy exclusive opportunities.
The program reached out to 10.000 members in a very short time period. Via Apex customized engagement tools, the members could shop Honda products, schedule riding classes, join motorcycle tours, use route planner and interact with each other.
In time, the platform evolved into a travel partner of motorcycle users and the guide for enjoyable long-distance cruises with accommodation and dining offers.
Campaigns and discounts designed for Honda riders, also increased their participation on the platform.
