PepsiConnect is PepsiCo's B2B Customer Engagement & Digital Ordering platform built for retailers in Europe. The program is designed for "traditional trade" stores selling PepsiCo beverages & Fritolay snacks across Europe to transform the way PepsiCo deals with trade.
Apex continuously develops and governs this sophisticated program on a single Salesforce instance for 6 countries (Spain, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Ukraine, Turkey) in Europe.
The main objective of the platform was to help 40,000 members better manage diabetes by using all possible means of communication both on web portal and their daily lives.
The solution was to create a full circle communication between diabetes patients, hospital (doctors) and pharmacies.
Program won "Best Communication in a Loyalty Program" award in International Loyalty Awards.
BAT Winners Club is designed to address independent tobacco & convenient store owners. There are more than 140K stores using the platform.
